There are different types of conspiracy theorists. Some get riled up because they are boiling over with an overabundance of emotion, convinced that the conspiracies they spout are true. Any shred of doubt they might feel is crushed by their ego and so doubling down on their debunked conspiracies is not a big deal for them. Other kinds of conspiracy theorists simply lie to garner fame and attention. Their imagination helps them cook up crazy theory after crazy theory. Kooks or not, they get the notoriety they crave for.

Here's a brief look at the hands of two conspiracy theorists.

Are all serial killers psychopaths?

Do serial killers have traits in common? According to the FBI, while the motivations and methods of serial killers vary, most serial killers tend to be self-seeking, and use charm, manipulation, intimidation to satisfy their selfish desires. They exhibit sensation-seeking and predatory behavior, impulsivity, and a desire for control. 

Not all serial killers are psychopaths, however. The psychos tend to exhibit a total lack of empathy, lack of guilt or remorse, are out of touch with reality and often live in a fantasy world. If one examines the hands of serial killers, which of these characteristics would be evident? 

The hands of serial killers are mostly

The hands of a handcuffed man...

There are hundreds of hand readings of famous people on this site and a few on palmistry as well. Some of the hand analyses are of notorious people like the serial killer Ted Bundy or this unnamed terrorist. Criminals' hands make a fascinating study although the hands cannot show whether a person will commit a crime in the future or even whether has done so in the past. The hand shows personality characteristics, not actual actions.

But one cannot discount the fact that the hand shows up weaknesses of personality, giving us hints about a person’s actions, criminal or not. 

Prints of criminals are not available freely and a quick of check of some hand-cuffed people on the internet was disappointing. A lot of these are “stock” photos so we cannot confirm that they belong to criminals. Even if genuine, some handcuffed people could have been handcuffed for minor reasons. Despite these reservations, after studying a few of these photos, my conclusions are that many of these hands aren’t “good” in the normal sense. They do not have the best lines. One of these hands stood out and this is the hand being analysed here. It belongs to an unknown handcuffed man. Whether or not he has committed a crime I cannot say, but his hand shows proclivity. 

These hands were selected as both the right and left hands have poor lines and therefore we can disregard (for the sake of study) the differences between the person’s active and passive hands.

The hands of a serial killer – Ted Bundy

Ted Bundy was executed in 1989 at the age of 43, but his evil persona is recorded for posterity. He confessed to 30 gruesome murders but is believed to have committed many more, maybe around a hundred. If there ever was an evil character, it was Bundy.

Will the known psychological traits of this notorious murderer/serial killer/rapist be visible on his hands?

Ted Bundy was known to be:

• Violent
• Sexually deviant with a remarkable lack of guilt
• A pathological liar
• Manipulative
• Organized and calculating
• Charming, also appearing as kind and empathetic
• Narcissistic, with poor judgement

The Hand Reading of a Terrorist

This is the hand of a known terrorist who is not being named.

Is this terrorist a typical specimen of his ilk? Probably. Was I surprised to see the type of personality his hand revealed him to be? Of course not. This is a hand often seen on criminals, the brute kind.
